7:00 pm: Social and Emotional Development of Children and the Impact of ADHD: Expectations from Elementary School through High School with Tana Hope Ph.D. 

An overview of typical social and emotional developmental expectations across childhood will be reviewed. ADHD Factors contributing to a child’s ability to learn social skills and friendship making skills will be explored. Risk factors contributing to bullying and strategies to help your child avoid difficult social interactions will be discussed.

Tana Hope, Ph.D. is a clinical psychologist, specializing in child and family therapy, with the behavioral psychology department of the Kennedy Krieger Institute.
